Cycling is perceived as an individual sport but bikes bring people together.

In July 2022, Rapha called on Will Douglas to shoot stills that showcase the social side of life on two wheels to tie in with a new cycle hire offer for group and solo riders at their HQ.

Will photographed members of the global Rapha Cycling Club’s London branch as they pedaled Rapha bikes around the city streets. For the fast-moving shots, Will followed alongside in a cargobike to capture the action. Back at the Rapha Clubhouse, he shot the team debriefing over a relaxed coffee.

A keen cyclist himself, Will enjoyed working with fellow riders and celebrating their genuine passion for the sport.
