Hormonal fluctuations bring continuous changes throughout life for those who are menstrual, perimenopausal and beyond. But for Sophie and G, these changes have been seismic.

An endometriosis diagnosis, followed by a serious warning of infertility at 21, early induced menopause at 38 and three babies in between, Sophie’s been on a rollercoaster ride of risk, pain and hope. Pre-Menstrual Dysphoric Disorder sufferer G’s relationship with her body has evolved from self-punishment to nourishment.
