An ongoing long-term project documenting the lives of creative collective, Badlands 777, who are friends of Emily and also from Essex. Together they spent their teenage years running wild around seaside arcades or hanging out at gigs and festivals.

Since 2005, Emily has followed them on their journey through life, on adventurous road trips across America, launching a clothing line and an independent magazine, and one of the trio even becoming a mother to twins.

Her raw, evocative images capture their audacious spirit, the fiercely loyal friendship that’s held them together over time and geography, their youthful beauty and distinctive style.
