Commissioned by It's Nice That, Jack travelled to kite festivals in Basingstoke and Lytham, documenting Britain's kite-flying community as they filled the sky with inflatable cows and handmade creations.

His photographs capture dedicated fliers lost in focus, their kites weaving overhead. Some had travelled from Texas to spend their weekend on a wet, windy beach in Lancashire, which is a perfectly reasonable thing to do if you love kites.

In an age of screen fatigue, Jack's images celebrate an analogue pastime that's quietly thriving in farmer's fields and coastal towns across Britain.
