In her latest work for Cow and Gate, Sophie's gift for capturing the beautiful chaos of parenthood shines through. Working with real mums and dads rather than actors, the stills and motion feel instantly relatable, carrying a subtle humour throughout.

In the 30-second commercial, she is able to condense the everyday moments into a feeling. Taking a delivery at exactly the wrong moment or staying strong when they just won't sleep, the images shine with warmth and humanity. Here's to the wonderful juggle of raising a child.
