Garden Experiments is an ongoing personal series born from the desire to play without a defined outcome. Shot in her own garden, often in the height of summer, the work is about reconnecting with the simple act of making photographs for the joy of the process itself.

The series intentionally embraces technically challenging choices, high ISO, slow shutter speeds and shooting at f/22, to push against conventional ideas of what is “correct” in photography. By allowing imperfection, blur and unpredictability into the frame, the work becomes creatively freeing. At its core, Garden Experiments is a form of experimental play and quiet meditation, where curiosity leads and the image is allowed to arrive on its own terms.
